Refund policy
Returns
We want every order to be right. If something isn't, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
- Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund.
- For eligible UK orders we email you a free prepaid returns label. Please contact us first at hello@ultralyte.co.uk so we can confirm the return address.
- Opened products: for hygiene and safety we can't resell opened food supplements, but if something isn't right for you, speak to us anyway and we'll do our best to sort it out.
- International orders: please contact us before sending anything back and we'll confirm the right process for your location.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, or a product is faulty, email us a photo and a short description and we'll send a replacement free of charge. There is no need to post the item back.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days of your return arriving, to your original payment method, and we email you when it's done. Your bank may take a few more working days to show it.
Your rights
